Explore how your floor can take your space from drab to designer with solutions that can last a lifetime.
Our mechanically polished concrete options involve a greater degree of precision that takes a step beyond traditional grinding. Whether you want minimal stone exposure for that industrial appearance or full stone exposure for that showroom finish, our polishing process offers clients the most excellent versatility and performance.
The mechanical polishing process involves grinding of the concrete to reveal the desired level of stone exposure and then chemically hardening and polishing the floor until the desired level of sheen is achieved. Finally, the finished surface is also sealed to improve the floor’s stain resistance and maintainability, which aids to promote longevity.
All our grinding equipment is attached to dust extraction units (vacuums with HEPA filters) to ensure that we are as dust free as possible.
We will leave the site clean and ready to go for you.

Polished Concrete is fast becoming the number one choice when looking at flooring options. Its practicality coupled with the modern stylish look, along with easy maintenance and durability, has seen its popularity soar in recent years.
There are two types of polished concrete. The first is called a mechanically polished concrete and the second is commonly referred to as a grind and seal.
In the exposed aggregate finish, the concrete surface is heavily grounded to expose the aggregates in the concrete mix. In this process, the concrete is ground to remove its top layer and expose the larger, uneven aggregate in the concrete slab. The exposed aggregate surface closely resembles a granite block and is skid-resistant. Furthermore, it can withstand extreme weather conditions and heavy foot traffic. The most significant advantage of a full aggregate finish is that it is highly durable and can achieve different texture variations.
The concrete surface is gently ground in this type of finishing to reveal the small aggregates below the surface. Exposing the more refined grains of aggregates gives the surface a speckled or salt-and-pepper look. In this concrete type, the floor is polished to provide a high-gloss finish, making it different from the exposed aggregate finish, where the surface is given a matte look. It is highly durable, reflects light, and gives a unique look to your flooring, which is why it is the top choice for retails stores, showrooms, restaurants and residential homes.
